Se CONFIRMA el auto recurrido, por un lado, porque en el recurso impetrado no se controvirtieron las razones que justificaron la decisión de rechazo y, por el otro, porque el actor pretende utilizar el recurso con miras a revivir el término que dejó vencer para subsanar la demanda.
